The Lead Barber supervises and coordinates all the daily activities of a team of barbers. The primary responsibility of the Lead Barber is to maintain quality control standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and direct day-to-day operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role also includes training new employees, scheduling appointments, recommending improvements for processes and services, monitoring employee performance, managing payroll records, stocking supplies and keeping up with industry trends.
